We take a look at the areas in which you’d like to learn or improve, and we come up with the right blend of opportunities for you. These range from on-the-job learning and support from colleagues, all the way to training courses, workshops and seminars.

Start-Up@Trilations

Start-up @ Trilations is an optional working lab where employees can use a small amount of working time, to follow their passion and put their ideas into practice. Together with colleagues, connecting people from different levels and expertise within Trilations.

The idea is that every employee can submit project ideas or challenges they want to work on during an eight month sprint. This gives employees the possibility to work on something they see as important or interesting beside their daily duties.
