After you signed your contract we'll keep in touch. Sending you some first information about the ins and outs of Trilations.

Excited to join? Great! Let's get to know each other better before you start your first day. We do this by introducing you to our very own Trillie Friends Book.

Here you can introduce yourself in any way you want... so let's get creative! Tell us something awesome about you. Are you a foodie? A total dog person? Or an extreme sporter? What makes you tick?

Your first day

Your first day at the office will be a busy one!

  • You’ll meet your team, a representative from HR and your “godparent”, who’ll be your go-to person as you settle in.

  • You’ll receive your company car and your laptop.

  • We’ll show you around the office, including the coffee corner, kitchen and toilets.

  • You’ll choose your desk – we have a “flex desk” system, so you’ll probably sit somewhere different every day.

  • We’ll take you through a couple of presentations to get you up to speed.

We're not gonna lie. We really want to make a good first impression on you. During your first few weeks, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get to know your new colleagues.

  • We’ll all be looking forward to our usual “newbie drinks” get-together after work, where we’ll introduce you around and have a great evening together.

  • You’ll have an intense but truly insightful onboarding, filled with classroom trainings and micro-learning. And maybe even the occasional business case.

  • We’ll talk you through your career path and how we can help you grow and thrive and Trilations.

Your career path

I was looking for a dynamic, challenging and international work environment where I could continuously learn, grow and evolve.
