We post our job vacancies here on the Trilations website, as well as LinkedIn and Jobat. Everyone is welcome to apply online and if your application fits our requirements, we’ll send you an email.

Our first meeting Thumb

02 - Our first meeting

If we want to invite someone for a first meeting, we always try to call the person if possible and otherwise we send an email. We’ll arrange to speak either in person or online, and spend a little time introducing Trilations. You’ll have the opportunity to tell us about yourself and we’ll then decide whether we’d like to invite you to progress to the next stage of the process.

03 - Online tests

Depending on your experience, we do an assessment. This can sound a bit intimidating, but we promise it’s very simple. It’s a quick and low-pressure way for us to find out more about your personality, skills and the way you think. You can complete them online, at home, and we’ll use them in our decision-making process for the role.

Interview Thumb

04 - Interview

If all goes well with the assessment, we’ll invite you to a formal interview with a member of the department you applied for. We’ll use this opportunity to get to know you better, find out more about your experience, skills, mindset, goals and personality, and you can ask as many questions as you like about Trilations and the role. We’ll contact you to let you know if you’ve been successful.

For senior prospects, we have a slightly different approach. They are asked to prepare a 10 minute presentation about a topic of their choosing.

If you’re the perfect fit for the role, we’ll contact you to offer you the job. If you decide to take it – and we hope you will! – we’ll invite you to sign a contract with us, either online or in person at the office.
