We believe we have a responsibility not just to our clients but also to the world around us. At Trilations, CSR is much more than checking boxes and boasting about it in annual reports – it’s built into the way we do things every day.

Ecology, society and employee

The three pillars of our corporate and social responsibility strategy are designed to focus our efforts on the issues that mean the most to the Trilations team. The wellbeing of our employees is of the utmost importance, as well as the impact we have on society. But these days caring for the environment, is what drives us to go further in our efforts.

Environmental impact

Yes Greta, we listened to you. We make sure that Mother Earth is always in focus when we talk about implementing strategies and transformation. But also internally, our decisions are based on the idea that we only have one beautiful planet to share.

Social impact

Working with a multitude of organizations across different industries, we are well aware of the fact that we impact everybody around those organizations as well. Whether it's employees, neighbors or stakeholders. We'll leave nobody out in the cold.

Employee wellbeing

Everyone is welcome and valued at Trilations. We know how difficult it is to stay healthy and motivated so that’s why we have plenty of initiatives to keep us all moving. From sports to free on-site bike repair, we’re all putting our wellbeing at the top of the list.

Working for a greener future

We’re acutely aware that our planet needs us. Not tomorrow, but now. That’s why we’ve teamed up with Natuurpunt, a voluntary organization that is dedicated to protecting nature and biodiversity. We've even worked with them to plant 1,500 trees in a meadow next to our headquarters in Antwerp. And to top it off, we built a beautiful bee hotel to look over the newly planted forest.

Every now and then we invite people to spend a sunny day changing our landscape for the better, and we're looking forward to doing much more.

Working for a brighter future

The past years we voted to exchange our usual annual company gift for a donation to De Vlinderkens: an organization very close to our hearts. Our donations enabled this wonderful initiative to provide better living conditions for the children they take under their wing, as well as funding holidays, educational materials and office equipment.

But we also annually participate in the 'Think Pink' walk and the 'Kom op tegen Kanker' charity run. We're all affected somehow by this terrible disease. And we need to fight it together!

And then there is Beyond the Moon. When we heard about this organization, it left us with a lot of emotion and compassion. They provide support to very sick children in the form of colorful 3D wallpaintings in hospitals and they aim to send them on an awesome holiday they never forget. We didn't have to think twice to support this initiative!

Working for a cleaner future

As consultants, we spend a lot of time on the road, travelling to and from our clients, so it’s become one of our top priorities to make sure we do so sustainably. This year, we replaced our final 35 internal combustion models with brand new electric ones, and in the coming years we'll phase out the hybrid models to achieve a fully electric fleet by 2025.
