FOUR REASONS TO APPLY

1

Challenging projects with impact

So we’re not one of the Big 4. That doesn’t mean we don’t go for big results at well-known companies. From strategy development to tactical programs to systems implementation. We’re on it.

2

A steep learning curve

Our motto? Learn by doing and grow by sharing. With the right opportunities that fit your skills and personal interests. With professional mentoring and on-the-job coaching in a wide variety of projects.

3

A real stimulating team

Or should we say a happy family? Because at Trilations, you’re never alone. Even if you spend a lot of time on the road, we make the best of every second we’re together. Like pros with a passion for people.

4

A culture of common sense

We don’t tell our customers what to do. We prefer to ask them the right questions and jump in there with them. Pragmatic, hands-on, grabbing the bull by the horns. That’s us, 24/7.

  • Go home happy? Check! Pizza? Double check!

What makes me happy? Finishing my to-do list every day. Even when that doesn’t happen every time. And hearing a happy customer of course. When they say it’s even more than what they had hoped for. You get that with the simplest of questions. But also when you are sitting down with them and presenting the outcome of what you’ve been working on for months. And when we’re working late the night before, all you have to do is say the magic word: pizza.

  • Impact from day one

It doesn’t matter who you are, how young or experienced, everyone can come up with ideas. Your impact starts from the day you start. And you know you can ask anyone to help you. Those aren’t false promises. Last week, out of the blue, I got this message saying “Hey, I freed up some time in my agenda. Anything I can help you with?”

  • Fast gear shifting

Before I joined Trilations, I was an intern at a large company. Let’s just say that things didn’t move nearly as quick as over here. We’re constantly looking for solutions, always trying to innovate. And we put our own people on it. Like side projects. That’s the kind of trust and openness you get over here. If you want something, learn something new, things get settled quickly. Fast gear shifting.
