To drive the growth of our business in APAC region, with a focus on Japan, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Business Consultant to act as main point-of-contact for our customer base and become their trusted partner for further opportunities.
About the role
As a Senior Consultant, you will be the main point-of-contact for sales and marketing managers at leading companies in the pharmaceutical industry in Japan. You build a solid long-term relationship with your customers and become their trusted partner for further opportunities.
What you’ll do
Your day-to-day activities will focus on customer-facing assignments such as:
aligning closely with the client’s team to translate their business challenges into actionable projects;
presenting project deliverables to senior leadership teams;
moderating interactive workshops;
conducting market (research) data analysis, transforming facts and figures into actionable insights;
working closely with the client and internal project team to develop strategic recommendations and design concrete action plans.
In short, you will be crucial in bridging the gap between market data analysis and strategic decision-making for our clients in the dynamic pharmaceutical industry.
Your profile
You ideally have a master's degree and at least 8 years of experience in consulting, market research and/or within a pharmaceutical company;
You have a strong background - by education and/or by experience - in marketing research or marketing strategy;
You speak Japanese on a native level and are fluent in English;
You have in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or show a great interest;
Your analytical mind, flexibility, empathy, and presentation skills are essential qualities for your job performance;
You are likely to be assertive and communicative to quickly build a relationship of trust with the customer.
