  1. JOB DESCRIPTION
    • Reception: telephone, reception of visitors, deliveries, mail, registered mail, …
    • Keeping the office in order: making employees aware of the importance of it
    • Ordering and picking up lunch, prints, …
    • Assistance of the vehicle fleet: damage cases, vehicle changes, stickers
    • Christmas / Easter to order for customers and employees
    • Ordering office equipment, gifts, etc.
    • Catering / supplies for training
    • Assisting the organisation of internal events
    • Support the administration of the other team members

     

  2. PROFILE
    • You have a bachelor office management or equivalent through experience
    • You are an organisational talent, you can work independently, create the necessary structure and you actively look for work
    • A similar function of 3 years in a consultancy environment is a plus
    • MS Office has no secrets for you
    • You are tri-lingual: Dutch, French, English
    • You have great social skills
