What does the job entail
  • You will work based from our headquarters in Belgium, as a part of our international sales team and closely collaborate with sales colleagues in our foreign sales offices
  • Develop medium to high complexity, proposals that are highly qualitative and appealing, including budget calculations
  • Negotiate with subcontractors
  • Be a pro-active daily point of contact for existing customers
  • Support in contracting new projects
  • Co-manage projects from a financial point of view
  • Become a key user of our ERP & CRM system
What we expect
  • A profound knowledge of English is an absolute must. Speaking Dutch is a plus
  • You have well developed MS Office skills (mainly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams)
  • Master in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or similar is highly desirable
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years prior working experience is a plus
  • You have a high EQ and are able to understand what drives your customer
  • You have the right commercial drive to support our sales process from first proposal to finalization of the contract
  • You can prioritize and have an eye for detail
  • You are flexible, pro-active, a team player and have a hands-on mentality
