Realizing revenue growth through a proactive and creative market approach

 

  • First of all, you will receive intensive training about all our services at our branch in Kontich and you will get to know our clients’ projects.
  • In consultation with the sales team and management, you map out key accounts in different market sectors.
  • You prospect very actively and you will be responsible for building and supporting long-term relationships with new customers.
  • You translate customer questions into efficient and adequate solutions, supported by management and consultants.
  • You negotiate prices with decision makers, closely follow up proposals and conclude contracts.
  • You report to the sales director and general management on the development of your sales results.
What we expect

For this position we are looking for a market-driven relationship builder with strong affinity / experience in our activities

 

  • You enjoyed a higher bachelor / master education or are equivalent through experience.
  • You have five years of successful commercial experience with services or software solutions to larger companies.
  • You independently establish contacts with prospects and customers at management level, in both French and Dutch. You also have a solid knowledge of English.
  • You can empathize with various situations and have good communication and presentation skills. Your empathy, listening skills and professionalism enable you to think solution-oriented with the customer.
  • Your success is partly determined by creativity and a quick insight into the possible solutions that we can offer.
  • You are driven and work according to a systematic approach with the right priorities.
