The Strategic Brand Management in Healthcare program addresses Brand Management from a strategic and organizational point of view,and shows how it fits into the complex internal and external environment of Healthcare companies (pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices and life sciences).
The major goal of the SBMH program is to prepare brand leadership for tomorrow’s innovations.
It sets the framework for choices within the new healthcare business model and proposes ways to tackle future brand management challenges.
Program Outline
The content of the Strategic Brand Management in Healthcare program is based on two cornerstones:
- Evolution of strategic brand management ((within healthcare and outside it):
- Value creation and breakthrough innovations
- Life cycle & portfolio management
- Presentations & case solving based on real-life cases and learning from peers within other healthcare companies (o.a. via panel sessions).
- The cases present a practical industry focus and cover the following aspects:
- Impact of new stakeholders
- Value propositions
- Organizational readiness
