RECRUITMENT EXCELLENCE
The Challenge
Based on feedback from our customers and a broad market survey among leading companies, we identified that the majority of companies faces challenges in the recruitment of new people.
The challenges and questions that they have are as well qualitative as they are quantitative. The main identified questions are: ‘Do we recruit the best available talent’ and ‘Are our investments in recruitment (channels) the correct ones’.
Our solution
We performed an initial survey among 1.000 persons across age categories that switched jobs in the last 6 months. Our focus was to include a number of profiles that are difficult to find and recruit (e.g. ICT profiles, engineers, sales & marketing profiles, etc.).
Based on this survey, we applied our 3-step process for Recruitment Excellence.
By following our process and performing data analysis, we collected deep market insights within the labour market and we developed a segmentation model.
For a number of major companies, we developed a profile of the candidate who is (or would) apply for a position within the company. The profile gives an overall indication of the ‘quality’ of the candidate.
A second analysis that we performed is the attractiveness of the brand amongst the candidates. This was performed by sector and by profile.
The benefits
The ‘quality’ profile of the current candidate, was for most companies the biggest surprise. The analysis revealed and positioned their candidates within the broader candidate market. It provided them a benchmark.
This is just one case out of a broad project portfolio. We are happy to discuss your specific challenges with you and to present the most relevant cases. |
